Vegetable salad with soaked apple
Red cabbage salad. beets, carrots and soaked apples - an easy, low-calorie and healthy dish. Dijon mustard dressing with olive oil will add zest to it.
Ingredients
- red cabbage - 100 g
- raw beets - 200 g
- soaked apple - 200 g
- carrots - 200 g
- olive oil - 3 tsp
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp
- salt, freshly ground pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut beets, cabbage and carrots into strips or grate.
Step 2
Cut the apple into large slices.
Step 3
Whisk the olive oil with the Dijon mustard.
Step 4
Put vegetables in a bowl, season with sauce, salt and pepper, stir.
Step 5
Put on a plate, garnish with an apple.
