Vegetables with feta cheese in pots
Vegetables in pots are delicious. In addition, they are also useful, since they almost completely retain vitamins.
- zucchini 2 pcs.
- eggplant 2 pcs.

- carrots 1 pc.
- sweet pepper 2 pcs.
- feta cheese 300 g
- garlic head 1 pc.
- walnuts 1 cup (s)
- kinza 1 bundle
- purple basil 1 bunch (s)

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Peel, wash, dry onion and garlic. Cut the onion into strips, the garlic into slices.
Peel the carrots. Zucchini, eggplant, carrots, wash, dry, cut into thin circles. If the vegetables are large, then you can use semicircles.
Peel the bell pepper from seeds and partitions, wash, dry, cut into small pieces. Crumble the cheese. Chop the nuts with a knife.
Wash cilantro and basil, pat dry with a paper towel. Finely chop the greens.
Distribute both types of onions to the bottom of the pots. Then place the carrot circles. Salt and pepper a little.
Next, place the eggplant mugs and nuts.
Put half the cheese and bell pepper. tamp all the vegetables a little. During the baking process, they will settle.
Put a layer of zucchini, the remaining feta cheese and garlic in the pots. Add salt and pepper.
Add cilantro and basil. Put 1 tablespoon in each pot. vegetable oil and pour 100 ml of cold water.
Put the pots on a baking sheet, cover with lids. Place the baking sheet with the pots in the included oven. Preheat the oven to 180 С С. From this moment, keep the countdown: cook 35 - 40 minutes.
Remove the pots from the oven. Can be served directly in pots or on plates. Tasty both hot and cold.
