Wheat and porcini mushroom risotto
Ingredients
  • Shugurovskaya wheat - 400 g
  • porcini mushrooms - 300 g
  • cream 33% - 250 g
  • parmesan - 60 g
  • butter - 70 g
  • parsley, dill, green onions 70 g each
  • sunflower seeds - 100 g
  • olive oil -50 ml
  • salt, garlic to taste

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Put the wheat in a 1: 2 ratio in boiling water, cook for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Cooking pesto. Punch all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. In the future, 30-40 g of pesto will be required for each serving.
Step 3
Fry the pre-boiled porcini mushrooms until half cooked in butter.
Step 4
Add wheat, cream to them and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
