Zhemlovka with apples and hazelnuts

Delicious and aromatic pudding. Such an intricate name from the word "zhemle", which is translated from Czech as "bun". The preparation is very simple. And if you serve it with whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream, then such a dessert can be served to the queen!

Ingredients
  • white bread (loaf, baguette, etc.) 120 gr
  • apples 1 pc.
  • a handful of hazelnuts
  • bananas 0.5 pcs.
  • butter 30 gr
  • chicken eggs 1 pc.
  • milk 1 glass
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Kotanyi cinnamon 1 tsp
  • powdered sugar Kotanyi 1 tsp
  • sugar 2-3 tbsp
  • vanilla sugar Kotanyi 5 g
  • bread crumbs 1 tbsp

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Cut the stale loaf (long loaf, baguette, etc.) into pieces, pour over warm milk and leave for 5-7 minutes. The loaf should not soften and creep too much, but simply absorb the milk.
Step 2
Beat the egg with Kotanyi plain and vanilla sugar, Kotanyi cinnamon and softened butter. Add a pinch of salt.

Grate the apple, cut the banana into rings, coarsely chop the nuts.

Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put half of the bread roll with milk, then apples, nuts and banana. Cover the fruit with the rest of the rolls. Squeeze a little and pour over the prepared mixture of eggs, sugar and plums. oils.
