Zucchini and zucchini pie
Ingredients
- small zucchini 1 pc.
- small zucchini 1 pc.
- egg 3 pcs.
- flour 3 tbsp.
- salt to taste
- pepper mix KOTANYI-to taste
- grated parmesan 80 g
- dried oregano 1 pinch (s)
- dried basil 1 pinch (s)
- onion 1/2 pc.
- ground paprika-to taste
- olive oil
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Grate the zucchini and a small portion of the zucchini on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Peel the onion and chop finely. Fry the onion in olive oil until transparent.
Step 3
Add grated zucchini, spices, pepper mixture, salt and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat, cool.
Step 4
Cut the zucchini into thin slices.
Step 5
Beat eggs in a blender. Grease a baking dish, sprinkle with some Parmesan, add zucchini circles, salt and pepper, sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan.
Step 6
Mix eggs with fried courgettes and onions, add flour, mix.
Step 7
Put the resulting mass on zucchini circles. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Step 8
Turn over onto a dish. Sleep with grated Parmesan before serving. Enjoy your meal!
