Cherry Pie with Vanilla Cream
Ingredients
- cherry 400 g
- sour cream 100 ml
- cream 33% 100 ml
- egg 2 pcs.
- vanillin 1.5 g
- icing sugar 2 tbsp
- milk 125 ml
- egg 1 pc.
- butter 50 g
- pressed yeast 20 g
- wheat flour 125 g
- whole grain flour 50 g
- cinnamon KOTANYI 1 tsp
- tbsp sugar
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
For the test, dissolve the yeast, sugar in warm milk and leave in a warm place until a frothy head forms. Then add butter, beaten egg, ground cinnamon, a pinch of salt and stir. Add both sifted flour and knead the dough. Leave the dough in a warm place until it doubles in volume (40-45 minutes).
Step 2
Rinse the cherries.
Step 3
Remove the seeds and discard in a colander to drain the cherry juice.
Step 4
For the cream, beat the eggs, add the sour cream, vanilla sugar and icing sugar.
Step 5
Roll out the matched dough and put it in a dish greased with vegetable oil.
Step 6
Lay out a layer of cherries (half).
Step 7
Top with vanilla cream.
Step 8
Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Let the cake cool completely.
Step 9
Top with remaining cherries.
Step 10
Sprinkle the icing sugar over the cake.
