Loved by many, the cult dish of Soviet restaurants is still one of the most popular dishes of Georgian cuisine.

Chicken tabaka
  • chicken 1.2 kg
  • butter 2 tablespoons
  • vegetable oil 1 tbsp
  • paprika 1 tsp.
  • ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
  • hops-suneli 1 tsp.
  • salt 0.5 tsp
  • garlic 3 pcs.


Step 1
Brush the entire surface of the chicken with mild butter. Mix spices with salt and chopped garlic. Grate the chicken generously on all sides with the spicy mixture.
