Fresh mackerel marinated in tea
- 1 liter of water
- 3 tbsp. teaspoons for black tea
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of salt
- 3 st. spoons of sugar
- 2 large, fatty mackerels
- croutons, green salad, boiled or fried potatoes for serving
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Brew tea in 1 liter of boiling water. Add salt, sugar, stir and cool. Then strain through cheesecloth.
Pour the marinade over a whole headless gutted fish so that the fish is completely covered and refrigerate for 4 days.
Drain the marinade, put the fish in a colander, rinse from the tea and let it dry completely.
Serve the fish toast, with green salad and boiled or fried potatoes. Wrap the remaining fish tightly in plastic wrap or store in a container. Store in the "dry fresh" zone for up to 1 week.
