Grilled vegetables with basil and thyme
Young meaty and juicy vegetables are very suitable for grilling - zucchini, zucchini, tomatoes, eggplants, bell peppers. The juicier the fruit, the tastier it will be as a result. Grilled vegetables as a side dish are perfect for any kebab - meat or fish.
Ingredients
- zucchini or zucchini - 350 g
- eggplant - 250 g
- bulgarian pepper (yellow and red) - 250 g
- pink tomatoes - 250 g
- vegetable oil - 50 ml
- fresh basil (leaves) - a few branches
- fresh thyme (with stems) - 2 branches
- salt pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the zucchini and eggplant at an angle of 45 ° into slices 0.5–0.7 cm thick.
Step 2
Cut the bell peppers into large triangles and cut the tomatoes across into thick circles.
Step 3
Season vegetables with salt, pepper, sprinkle with vegetable oil on all sides.
