Ingredients
  • zucchini or zucchini - 350 g
  • eggplant - 250 g
  • bulgarian pepper (yellow and red) - 250 g
  • pink tomatoes - 250 g
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml
  • fresh basil (leaves) - a few branches
  • fresh thyme (with stems) - 2 branches
  • salt pepper

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Cut the zucchini and eggplant at an angle of 45 ° into slices 0.5–0.7 cm thick.
Step 2
Cut the bell peppers into large triangles and cut the tomatoes across into thick circles.
