Lunch - bowl
Bowl is a popular healthy eating trend. Literally, a bowl is a plate. A regular deep soup bowl. In such plates you can serve anything you want: breakfasts, lunches, dinners, cereals and salads, etc. Basically, bowls can be called food constructors. The main condition is a small amount of food on the plate. The person chooses the ingredients for the bowl himself, observing the basic rules for forming the "Bowl of Buddha". The main base of a bowl is greens (arugula, spinach, lettuce, beet leaves, etc.), followed by slow carbohydrates (barley, corn, wild rice, couscous, etc.). Next, fresh vegetables and sources of fat (avocados, tahini, seeds, olive oil, etc.). Proteins are also added (eggs, fish, chicken, etc.). All foods are simply laid out in a deep round or oval bowl and mixed immediately before eating. I have lunch - a bowl with couscous, mushrooms, vegetables, salad mix, shrimps and balsamic sauce. The sauce serves as a unifying component here. Lunch Bowl is more like a hearty salad that can successfully replace the main course.
