Ingredients
  • pear - 5 pcs.
  • orange - 1 pc.
  • flour - 350 gr.
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 300 gr.
  • lemon - 1 pc.
  • cold water - 350 ml.
  • boiling water - 300 ml.
  • butter - 150 g.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • egg - 3 pcs.
  • apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • milk cream 33% - 75 ml.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Prepare the base of the pie. Combine salt, baking powder and flour (300 g). Add butter and grind with flour.
Step 2
Prepare the cream. Mix flour (2 tablespoons) and sugar (2 tablespoons). Gradually add 125 ml of pear syrup, whisking continuously with a mixer. In a separate bowl, beat 2 eggs with cream. Connect both masses. Mix well. The cream is ready. It turns out to be liquid in consistency. It will thicken during baking.
Step 3
For pears, cut off the bottoms slightly so that they are more stable. Put them in the base of the cake.
