Pumpkin pancakes
The bright yellow pumpkin pancakes will appeal to everyone. They are delicious and healthy.
Ingredients
- pumpkin 200 g
- milk 2 cups
- sugar 3 tbsp
- chicken eggs 3 pcs.
- vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
- salt 0.5 tsp
- lard for greasing the frying pan piece 1 pc.
- butter for greasing pancakes 100 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1

Peel the pumpkin, wash, pat dry with a paper towel. Cut into small cubes.
Step 2

Boil the pumpkin until tender in a little water.
Step 3

Throw the boiled pumpkin in a colander, let the water drain completely and cool to room temperature.
Step 4

Grind the pumpkin with a blender.
Step 5

Beat eggs with sugar and salt.
Step 6

Add 1 cup warm milk and pumpkin puree.
Step 7

Add flour in portions and knead to a thick dough. Dilute the dough with a second glass of milk until thinner. Let the dough stand for 20 minutes. Then pour in vegetable oil, mix.
Step 8

Grease the pan with a piece of bacon, pour in a small amount of dough. First bake on one side until golden brown.
Step 9

Then gently turn the pancake to the other side using a spatula and fry for a couple of minutes.
Step 10

Grease the finished pancakes with butter and stack on a plate. Serve hot with tea with jam, honey, sour cream, etc.
