Fried lavash rolls
Very easy to prepare and delicious appetizer to the table.
- pita bread 1 sheet
- ham 300 g
- hard cheese 200 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Cut the ham into small cubes.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Take a sheet of pita bread. Cut it crosswise with scissors into three equal parts. Place the first piece on the table. Put chopped ham on it and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Next, roll the pita bread into a roll.
Divide it into 6 equal parts. Repeat the same procedure with the remaining pieces of lavash. Put the rolls in a preheated frying pan and fry over medium heat on both sides so that a golden brown crust forms and the cheese melts.
