Ingredients
  • eggplant 50 g
  • bell pepper 50 g
  • onion 20 g
  • garlic 1 pc
  • carrots 40 g
  • tomato 150 g
  • salt 2 g
  • black pepper 2 g
  • ketchup Maheev 50 g
  • green onions 10 g
  • zucchini 100 g
  • butter 20 g
  • olive oil 20 g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
We prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Add butter and olive oil to a preheated pan. As soon as the butter is melted, add the onion and fry until golden brown.
Step 3
Add carrots and fry with onions for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Then add pepper, zucchini and eggplant and fry for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Add tomato and garlic, stir, salt, pepper and cover. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes with the lid closed.
Step 6

Add ketchup (I took chili with pieces of vegetables), mix and simmer for another 2 minutes under a closed one.

Step 7
Stir, put on a plate, sprinkle with chopped green onions.
