  • Flour - 180 grams;
  • Ground cinnamon - 1/4 tsp;

  • Honey - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • Sugar - 80 grams;
  • Butter - 80 grams;
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp;
  • Salt - 1 pinch;
  • Protein - 1 pc.;
  • Powdered sugar - 150 grams.

Prepare the dough - combine sugar, butter, honey, cocoa, salt, baking powder and spices in a thick bottom dish and simmer until caramelly colored. Cool the resulting mass a little, add eggs and sifted flour. Knead a soft dough and refrigerate for 40 minutes. Then roll out the dough into a thin layer, cut out a figurine with a cookie cutter and bake the gingerbread cookies at 180 degrees for about 5-7 minutes.

  • Flour - 1 glass;
  • Orange juice - 1/4 cup;
  • Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Vegetable (butter) oil - 1/4 cup;
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp;
  • Cocoa - 1 tsp;
  • Ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp;
  • Ground ginger, cloves, cardamom and allspice - 1/4 tsp each;
  • Powdered sugar - 50 grams;
  • Starch - 5 grams;
  • Water or milk to taste (for the glaze).

To prepare the dough, heat the orange juice with sugar and spices over low heat for about 3 minutes. Then add butter, add sifted flour, baking powder and cocoa. Knead a soft dough and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Then roll out and cut out stars of different diameters with cookie cutters.

Put the blanks on a baking sheet and send them to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the liver for about 12-15 minutes. Combine the icing sugar with the starch to make the icing. Pour in a little water or milk, stirring well. You should get a thick frosting that won't drip. Place the largest cookie star on a serving plate. Apply glaze in the center.
