Baked potatoes with minced meat and quail eggs
Ingredients
- potatoes 6 pcs.
- quail eggs 6 pcs.
- parmesan 50 g
- minced meat 400 g
- onion 1 pc.
- tomato paste 1 tbsp
- chives 1 bunch (s)
- olive oil 1 tablespoon
- garlic 2 cloves
- broth 100 ml
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
We spread our minced meat filling on the parmesan, the amount is regulated only by the size of the depression in the potato.
Step 2
We send the stuffed potatoes to the 180 degrees oven for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Break one quail egg into each half on top of the filling, salt and sprinkle with your favorite spices, I used chili flakes. And we send it to the oven at 200 degrees for another 3 minutes, the yolk should remain liquid.
