Ingredients
- dough: flour 500 g
- icing sugar 200 g

- cream: milk 400 ml

- condensed milk 190 g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
For 3 layers of 20/23 cm. Preparation: mix flour with baking powder, sift.
Step 2
Beat butter at room temperature until white for about 2-3 minutes, add sugar (preferably fine or sugar. Powder), vanillin, egg, sour cream. Beat everything until smooth. Then add flour and baking powder, knead into a soft, non-sticky dough. You don't need to knead for a long time.
Step 3
Divide the dough into two unequal parts: larger / smaller. Add cocoa powder to the smaller one. Divide each type of dough into 3 equal parts. Put the light dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Dark in the freezer for 1 hour.
Step 4
Cream: prepare the custard base: pour starch into a saucepan, add cream, stir so that there are no lumps, add condensed milk. Put on medium heat and cook until thickened with constant stirring. As the cream thickens, cook for another 2 minutes. Add vanillin. Cover the cream with a film in contact and cool completely. Next, mix the butter into the custard base. The custard base and butter should be at the same room temperature.
Step 5
Take a piece of light dough from the refrigerator, roll it out on baking paper into a rectangle 3-4 mm wide. Grease the dough with jam, put the nuts, grate a piece of dark dough on a coarse grater on top. Bake at 200 ° for about 15 minutes. Do the same with the remaining test. You should get 3 cakes.
Step 6
Putting together the dance cake. Grease each cake with cream. Let the cake soak for 1 hour at room temperature, then refrigerate for 10 hours.
