Merengue roll with raspberries

The meringue roll was a discovery for me this summer, before that my favorite summer dessert was Pavlova. The roll turns out to be moderately sweet, unusually airy, with any juicy summer berries, this is truly an extraordinary delicacy! By the way, this dessert is absolutely gluten free, which is important for some. Try it, it's delicious!
