Ingredients
  • baking powder 10 g
  • vanilla sugar with natural vanilla 10 g
  • cottage cheese (18% and more) 270 g
  • margarine 150 g
  • sugar 250 g
  • eggs 3 pcs.
  • flour 100 g
  • raisins 100 g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
In a separate bowl, whisk the margarine, sugar and vanillin thoroughly. Until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
Step 2
We pass the granular cottage cheese through a sieve, add to the previous mixture - mix. Bring the mixture until smooth with a mixer. Then pour in the chicken eggs and continue to stir. The result is a creamy paste.
Step 3
Add washed and dried raisins to the total mass of flour sifted through a sieve. Mix with the rest of the ingredients and work with a tablespoon to make a thick dough, even viscous.
Step 4
The only thing left is to fill the baking dish. In the case of silicone molds, just fill them with dough. If you have ordinary forms, first cover them with pastry paper, then grease with butter or margarine and sprinkle with flour. Fill the mold 2/3 of the volume - the dough rises quite noticeably in the oven.
Step 5
In the oven, with a temperature of 165-170 degrees, the dessert gains flavor for about 1 hour. After taking out, let it cool, and then you can separate it from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Check the doneness level with a toothpick, after piercing the finished cake, it should remain dry.
