  • invert syrup - 2 g
  • raspberry mousse:
  • fresh or frozen raspberries 450 g
  • cream 33% -35% 150 g
  • egg white 1 pc
  • sugar 100 g
  • sheet gelatin 15 g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
