- cream 33% 70 g
- raspberry jelly:
- fresh or frozen raspberries 150 g
- 1/2 lime juice
- sugar 20 g
- sheet gelatin 5 g
- almond chocolate biscuit:
- sugar 30 g
- cocoa 10 g
- almond flour 40 g
- egg 1 pc
- egg white 1 pc
- invert syrup - 2 g
- raspberry mousse:
- fresh or frozen raspberries 450 g
- cream 33% -35% 150 g
- egg white 1 pc
- sugar 100 g
- sheet gelatin 15 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
