Hot chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream
Ingredients
  • dark chocolate 160 g
  • butter 160 g
  • sugar 80 g
  • eggs 4 pcs.
  • flour 40 g
  • cocoa 10 g
  • ice cream 1 pc.
  • raspberries 8 pcs.
  • mint 4 bunch (s)
  • meringue 4 pcs.
  • dark chocolate slices 8 pcs.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a water bath.
Step 2
Break the eggs into a deep bowl.
Step 3
Add sugar to a bowl and mix well.
Step 4
Pour the melted chocolate slowly into a bowl of sugar and eggs, stirring constantly.
Step 5
Add flour and mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Grease the molds with butter and sprinkle with cocoa.
Step 7
Pour the filling into molds.
Step 8
Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 8 minutes (if the molds are silicone, then 9 minutes).
Step 9
Place dessert on a plate.
Step 10
Serve the dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and top with the meringue.
Step 11
Decorate the dish with orange slices, raspberries, dark chocolate and a sprig of mint.
