Chocolate cake with raspberry marmalade
Ingredients
- flour 240 g
- sugar 310 g
- butter 80 g
- cocoa 50 g
- egg 10 pcs.
- chocolate cream 1 pc
- glaze 1 pc
- nuts
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Mix flour with cocoa in a separate bowl and sift.
Step 2
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the whites into a strong foam, adding half the sugar.
Step 3
Grind the yolks with the second half of the sugar, add soft butter and 1/3 of the whipped whites, gently mix with a spatula.
Step 4
Add flour mixture to the dough and stir in the remaining proteins.
Step 5
Bake for 1 hour. Cool down.
Step 6
Coat with chocolate cream, raspberry soak, glaze, sprinkle with nuts, lay out the marmalade.
