Spring Gourmet Cake
Ingredients
- gluten-free flour 3/4 cup (s)
- egg 3 pcs.
- baking powder 1 tsp
- sugar (biscuit sugar substitute 1/3 cup (s)
- egg whites for meringue 6 pcs.
- 1/2 cup poppy (s)
- coconut flakes 200 g
- potato starch 2 tbsp
- egg yolks for cream 6 pcs.
- draining. oil 100 g
- milk 2 glass (s)
- vanilla
- sugar for cream (to taste) 3-4 tablespoons
- berries (fresh, canned)
- jelly packaged 2 pcs.
- water 650 -700 ml
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Butter 100 gr. Beat with a mixer at room temperature, add vanilla and gradually beat until smooth, add cooled pudding in small portions.
Step 2
Cool the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, until the jelly hardens completely and the cakes are soaked.
