Ingredients
  • eggplant 1 pc.
  • sweet pepper 1 pc.
  • feta cheese 200 g
  • garlic 1 pc.
  • spices 1 tsp
  • mint 10 g
  • Narsharab sauce! 3 tbsp.
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • red onion 1 pc.
  • olive oil 2 tablespoons

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Let's start with the pepper. Cut in half, remove seeds. Bake in the oven until crusts are dark and put in a bag to sweat for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the eggplant into 1.5 cm thick circles. Now each circle is cut in half. Fry in a frying pan (you can bake in the oven).

Cut the onion into half rings and sprinkle with lemon. Finely chop the mint. Cut the feta cheese into cubes.

Sauce: finely chop the garlic, add olive oil, narsharab sauce, salt, pepper and spices.
