"Winter's Tale" salad
Delicious salad of red radish, baked chicken with pomegranate seeds, dressed with Provencal mayonnaise. This salad looks incredibly beautiful on the New Year's table and is always in demand by guests!
Ingredients
- red radish 2 pcs.
- baked chicken leg 1 pc.
- onion 1 pc.
- pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp.
- parsley 0.25 bunch (a)
- sugar 1 tsp.
- table vinegar 1 tbsp
- mayonnaise Provençal "Maheev" 2 tbsp.
- salt 2 pinch (s)
- ground black pepper 1 pinch (s)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Peel the onion and radish.
Step 2
Cut the onion into half rings. Add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of sugar.
Step 3
Add vinegar. Pour boiling water over and leave for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Rub the radish on a medium grater.
Step 5
Separate the chicken meat from the bone, disassemble into small pieces. Chop the parsley, leave a little to garnish. Add mayonnaise, a pinch of salt, black pepper.
Step 6
Mix.
Step 7
Put in salad bowls. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds, garnish with parsley leaves.
