Olivier in Moscow

I don't like particularly fatty foods, even on holidays. Therefore, I suggest a "lightweight", a kind of light version of New Year's Olivier. I replaced some of the traditional ingredients with less nutritious and lighter ones.

Ingredients
  • frozen green peas 100-150 g
  • jacketed potatoes 400 g
  • boiled carrots 150 g
  • boiled eggs 4 pcs.
  • lightly salted cucumbers 200-250 g
  • crab sticks 200 g
  • dill small bunch (s)
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • lemon juice (before serving) 2 tablespoons

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Pour the green peas into salted boiling water, bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes, put in a colander and rinse with cold water.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes from their skins, peel the carrots and peel the eggs. We cut everything into neat cubes.
Step 3
We also cut lightly salted cucumbers and crab sticks into cubes.
Step 4
Chop the dill finely and combine all the chopped ingredients in a large salad bowl; season with salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of lemon and top with mayonnaise.
Step 5
Olivier is ready in Moscow. Good appetite!
