A fragrant, juicy and satisfying salad. Can be a side dish for fish or poultry.

Warm zucchini salad with beans
Ingredients
  • young zucchini 1 pc
  • tomatoes 1 pc
  • boiled beans 1 stack
  • garlic 2 tooth
  • salt to taste
  • Kotanyi pepper to taste
  • seasoning Caucasian herbs Kotanyi 1 tsp.
  • vegetable oil
  • greens

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Cut the zucchini into medium pieces, you can quarter into rings if the zucchini is small. Fry them in a well-heated skillet until lightly blush.
Step 2
Peel the skin from the tomato and cut into cubes. Add to skillet and cook until tomatoes are soft. Add Kotanyi spices to taste, season with salt.
Step 3
Beans must be cooked in advance until they are fully cooked. Add beans to zucchini and heat everything together for 3-5 minutes.
Step 4
Chop the garlic, sprinkle the vegetables, stir and turn off the stove. Allow to cool slightly and serve, sprinkle with herbs.
