Cabbage salad with octopus and caramelized pear
Ingredients
  • cabbage (young) 150 g
  • red onion 0.5 pcs.
  • pear 0.5
  • octopus 70 g
  • cilantro 2 sprigs
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sugar
