Cabbage salad with octopus and caramelized pear
Light and delicious salad. Suitable for a festive table.
Ingredients
- cabbage (young) 150 g
- red onion 0.5 pcs.
- pear 0.5
- octopus 70 g
- cilantro 2 sprigs
- lemon juice 1 tbsp
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp
- salt
- pepper
- sugar
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the pear into thin slices and caramelize (fry until caramelized) in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil. Put on a napkin.
Step 2
Finely chop the young cabbage and red onion. Sprinkle with sugar, salt and gently knead with your hands.
Step 3
Cut the canned octopuses into pieces (tentacles). Add to cabbage and onions. Mix. Season with lemon juice, vegetable oil.
Step 4
Put the salad on a plate, put caramelized pears on top, sprinkle with cilantro leaves.
