Salad with seaweed and lima beans
Hearty salad with lima beans, seaweed, fresh cucumbers.
Ingredients
- lima beans 130 g
- salt to taste
- canned sea kaput 100 g
- fresh cucumber 1 pc.
- runny 1 bundle (s)
- parsley for decoration
- Greek yogurt 1.5 tbsp
- mayonnaise 1.5 tbsp.
- mixture of peppers to taste
- egg 2 pcs.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Soak the beans for several hours (preferably overnight) and boil until tender. Boil eggs hard-boiled.
Step 2
Cut the cucumber into strips.
Step 3
Put boiled beans, sliced cucumber in a bowl. Chop the eggs and add to a bowl.
Step 4
Add the seaweed.
Step 5
Rinse off, dry, chop finely and add to salad.
Step 6
For dressing, combine yogurt with mayonnaise, pepper, salt if necessary. Stir all the ingredients for the salad. Season immediately before serving. Enjoy your meal!
