Baked potatoes with herring sauce
Delicious, simple and quick to prepare budget dish for a home dinner, it can also be served as a hot snack on a festive table. What is the use of this dish? Baked potatoes are rich in potassium, which is essential for maintaining the cardiovascular system, as well as for expectant mothers.
Ingredients
- potatoes 4 pcs.
- olive oil 2 tablespoons
- Italian herbs with salt (mill) to taste
- for sauce
- herring fmle slices 4 pcs.
- small onion 1 pc.
- dill and parsley greens 30 g
- boiled chicken egg 0.5 pcs.
- sour cream 2 tbsp
- ground black pepper to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Wash the potatoes. Cut with an apple cutter, a little short of the end.
Step 2
Place each potato on a square of foil, drizzle with half a tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle with Italian herbs and salt (mill).
Step 3
Wrap up. Fold into a baking dish and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

While the potatoes are baking, prepare the sauce. Chop the onion and herbs.
