Lamb stew

This stew is very popular in the south of Russia, in the Caucasus and adjacent countries - Georgia and Armenia. It is also called the funny word "souz". Each housewife prepares it in her own way. Someone prefers more meat, someone likes more potatoes. For some, the potatoes remain in cubes, but someone likes to mash some of the potatoes in mashed potatoes to make the sauce thicker. But no matter how you cook, the result is always the same - amazingly delicious. This is a real homemade meal where love is the main ingredient.
