Potatoes with pork and onions
  • lean pork 600 g
  • small potatoes 16 pcs.
  • onion 2 pcs.
  • water
  • salt


Step 1
We take small potato tubers, peel them and cut them into several pieces. Put the chopped potatoes in a preheated pan and fry them. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Fry it in a skillet until golden brown. We take the pork, wash it and cut it into small pieces. We also fry it separately. Put all the fried ingredients in one pan, add a little water, close the lid and simmer for 25 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Then we remove the lid, salt the dish and fry it for another 5 minutes to remove excess moisture.
