Ingredients
- mackerel 2 pcs.
- butter 30 g
- garlic 1 pc.
- lemon 1 pc.
- cherry tomatoes 2 pcs.
- salt pinch (s)
- black pepper pinch (s)

Step 1
Gut the fish, wash, wipe with a paper towel. Make cuts on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Put a piece of butter in each cut. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
