Salad with wild rice, seaweed, chickpeas and apples
Excellent dietary and healthy salad
Ingredients
- wild rice 50 g
- boiled chickpeas 100 g
- canned sea cabbage 100 g
- green onions 1 bunch (s)
- olive oil 2 tablespoons
- lemon juice 1 tbsp
- ground black pepper - to taste
- dried rosemary-to taste
- chili pepper, to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Boil wild rice until cooked.
Step 2
Put boiled chickpeas, wild rice in a bowl.
Step 3
Peel the apple, cut into cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice so as not to darken. Add the chopped apple to the salad. Finely chop the green onion.
Step 4
In a bowl combine olive oil, both types of pepper, rosemary, shake well. Drizzle the dressing over the salad before serving. Enjoy your meal!
