Caesar salad with guinea fowl and chanterelles
What is the beauty of this particular salad? We answer. Not just individual leaves, but a whole head of romano lettuce is abundantly watered with Caesar sauce. - Romano - 600 g
- Caesar sauce - 200 g
- guinea fowl, ready-made fillet - 200 g
- chanterelles - 120 g
- cherry - 80 g
- parmesan - 40 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
