STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Crab meat is divided into large segments. Add finely chopped chili peppers, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper, mix.
Step 2
The celery stalk is cut into thin slices and added to the crab.
Step 3
To prepare black marmalade, balsamic is brought to a boil, then combined with agar. The resulting mass is poured into molds and cooled.
Step 4
To prepare the soup, asparagus is boiled in salted water and punched with a blender with the addition of garlic. The resulting mass is rubbed through a sieve.
Step 5
To mix salads, mix lollo rossa, arugula and corn (5 grams each).
