Salad with seaweed, corn and rice
This corn, rice, and seaweed salad is a mega healthy dish if you use brown (brown) rice and cook the corn yourself.
Ingredients
- white rice 5 tbsp
- egg 2 pcs.
- canned seaweed, 1/2 jar
- canned corn 150 g
- sour cream 15% 4 tsp
- mustard 1 tsp
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Boil rice in salted water. Rinse the seaweed with cold water. Boil eggs and chop.
Step 2
Combine seaweed, rice, chopped eggs, corn in a bowl.
