This corn, rice, and seaweed salad is a mega healthy dish if you use brown (brown) rice and cook the corn yourself.

Ingredients
  • white rice 5 tbsp
  • egg 2 pcs.
  • canned seaweed, 1/2 jar
  • canned corn 150 g
  • sour cream 15% 4 tsp
  • mustard 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
