Rice porridge with oranges
Ingredients
  • sugar - 20 g
  • orange juice - 120 g
  • orange, pulp - 120 g
  • rice porridge - 250 g (for 1 serving)
  • milk - 200 ml
  • butter - 50 g
  • mint - 1-2 leaves
  • arborio rice - 200 g
  • milk - 800 ml
  • cream - 450 ml
  • orange peel - 13 g
  • condensed milk - 120 g
  • salt - 5 g
  • butter - 50 g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Combine rice with milk (600 ml), cream, orange zest, salt. Simmer until cooked, add condensed milk at the end, cool.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce. Combine the sugar with orange juice, bring to a boil, boil, add the orange pulp at the end.
Step 3
Mix the finished rice porridge with the remaining milk (200 ml) and butter, warm up. Put the porridge on a plate. Top with the orange pulp, pour over the sauce, garnish with a sprig of mint.
