Ingredients
  • cottage cheese 18% 500 g
  • cottage cheese 9% 500 g
  • flour 75 g
  • sugar 90 g
  • vanilla sugar 10 g
  • egg yolk 1 pc.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Mix cottage cheese of different fat content and leave overnight under a press in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Drain off the released serum - it is no longer needed. Add flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and yolk to the curd and stir well.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 150 degrees.
Step 4
Make small and plump cheesecakes.
Step 5
In a hot skillet, fry the syrniki in a drop of odorless oil for about 2 minutes until browning.
Step 6
Place in the oven for 6 minutes.
Step 7
Drizzle with berry jam or sour cream, or both, and serve.
