This pancake cake may well replace an ordinary cake: very exquisite, delicate, beautiful, with an unforgettable taste. The finest pancakes are soaked in condensed milk and the most delicate curd cream with a light cocoa aroma.

Ingredients
  • milk 700 ml
  • chicken egg 2 pcs.
  • sugar 3 tbsp
  • dry yeast 11 g
  • butter 2 tbsp
  • wheat flour 500 g
  • soda 1 pinch (s)
  • salt 1 tsp
  • curd cheese 300 g
  • fat cream 70 ml
  • cocoa powder 2 tbsp
  • vanilla sugar 1 tbsp
  • condensed milk 150 ml

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Add flour sifted with baking soda. Stir so that there are no lumps, gradually pouring in the remaining milk. Add a suitable yeast mixture, mix thoroughly. Cover and place in a warm place to rise for 1 hour. After an hour, stir and leave for another hour.
Step 2
Bake the pancakes over moderate heat, oiling the pan.

For the filling, whisk the curd cheese with cream, vanilla sugar and cocoa powder.
