Raspberry cheesecake
Incredibly delicious cheesecake, almost cake. Delicate cheesecake with whole raspberries goes well with chocolate brownie, and on top is a delicate ganache based on white chocolate and raspberry puree.
Ingredients
- for brownie base: dark bitter chocolate 100 g
- butter 100 g
- sugar 80 g
- chicken eggs 2 pcs.
- flour 75 g
- cocoa 2 tsp
- for cheesecake: curd cheese 600 g
- sour cream 200 g
- sugar 100 g
- chicken eggs 3 pcs.
- vanilla pudding 80 g
- fresh raspberries 16 pcs.
- for raspberry ganache: white chocolate 100 g
- fresh raspberries 200 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cool slightly, add sugar, whisk.
Step 2
Add eggs one at a time, kneading after each.
Step 3
Add sifted flour and cocoa. Pour the dough into a 20-22 cm mold (split) lined with baking paper and bake for 10 minutes at 180 ° C.
