If you want to surprise guests and households - prepare a pancake pie with an unusual accompaniment. Sea buckthorn cream and cone jam will give traditional pancakes a completely new and very interesting taste.

Ingredients
  • milk - 1 liter
  • sugar - 180 g
  • salt - 10 g
  • butter - 50 g
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • flour - 400 g
  • cream 33% - 100 ml
  • sea buckthorn - 500 g
  • cone jam - 30 g
  • mint, leaves - 1 g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Prepare pancakes. Heat the milk by adding salt, sugar (80 g), melted butter (50 g) and vegetable oil. To stir thoroughly. When the milk is warm, remove from heat, add eggs. Stirring, add flour in 3 passes. Strain the dough and bake pancakes.
Step 2
Prepare sea buckthorn cream. First, prepare the sauce: put sea buckthorn, sugar (100 g) in a saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes, boiling to 100 ml. Strain the sauce through a sieve. Whip the cream and add 50 ml of sea buckthorn sauce, mix thoroughly. The cream is ready.
Step 3
Pour 50 ml of the remaining sea buckthorn sauce onto a plate. Cut circles (blanks) from the pancakes and lay them out in layers, smearing each layer with sea buckthorn cream. Put the cream on top, pour the cone jam and garnish with mint.
