Ingredients
  • shrimp 80 g
  • potatoes 2 pcs.
  • green peas 3 tbsp
  • onion 0.5 pcs.
  • fresh cucumber 0.5 pcs.
  • mayonnaise 2 tbsp.
  • salt
  • pepper

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Peel and boil the potatoes. Mash with a crush, but not in mashed potatoes, but so that pieces remain.
Step 2
Boil the peas - 5 minutes after boiling. Chop fresh cucumber and onion thinly. Marinate onions in lemon juice for 10 minutes. Boil the shrimps and cut into 2-3 pieces.
Step 3
Mix everything together and season with mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste.
