Grilled mackerel with summer vinaigrette
A spicy vinaigrette, more precisely, a sauce of beets and fresh cucumber will give the grilled mackerel a completely new taste. Grilled mackerel with summer vinaigrette is prepared very quickly, looks beautiful and is suitable for both everyday and festive tables.
Ingredients
- 2 boiled beets
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 tsp chopped dill
- 1 h l. peppers
- 1 tbsp. l. rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 4 fillets of fresh mackerel (mackerel)
- salt
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the beets, onions, cucumber into small cubes. Chop the dill finely.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients except olive oil and fish, salt and set aside.
Step 3
Salt the fish fillets and coat with olive oil. Fry the fish on a well-heated grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until tender. Serve immediately with the paprika beetroot salsa.
