Salad with pears, raspberries and nuts
A gourmet salad that will decorate any dinner. Sweet pear matches perfectly with fragrant raspberries, and raspberry dressing sets off the bright taste of goat cheese.
Ingredients
- 50 g of romano salad
- 50 g mini spinach
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 pear
- a handful of walnuts
- 50 g soft goat cheese
- 1/2 cup raspberries (frozen)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp. l. white wine vinegar
- 1–1.5 st. l. Teddy bear
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Preheat dry skillet and toast walnuts until aromatic, 2 minutes. Pour onto a board and chop coarsely.
Step 2
For dressing, grind raspberries in a blender until smooth. Add olive oil, vinegar and honey, season with salt and pepper and beat well.
Step 3
Cut the pear into thin slices. Cut the romano salad into large pieces and mix with spinach and pear.
Step 4
Pour the dressing over the salad and sprinkle with the crumbled goat cheese. Garnish with raspberries and serve immediately.
