Orange, radish and salmon salad
Radish is always in sight, only we use it very one-sidedly: we cut it thoughtlessly into a common vegetable salad. Meanwhile, it will sound great in toasts, sauces, and you can come up with an interesting salad with it.
Ingredients
- 2 oranges
- 200 g of radish
- 320 g smoked salmon
- 70 g watercress
- half a red sweet onion
- 1 tbsp. l. red wine or balsamic vinegar
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- Borodino bread for serving
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the radish and salmon into thin slices, the onion into half rings.
Step 2
Divide the watercress into bowls. Place the salmon slices and the prepared mixture on it. Drizzle with olive oil and serve with bread.
