Shrimp, squid and Chinese cabbage salad
A light and juicy salad for those who love seafood.
Ingredients
- squid 1 kg
- shrimp 500 g
- Chinese cabbage (head of cabbage) 1 pc.
- cucumbers 2 pcs.
- for dressing: mayonnaise 50 g
- ketchup 50 g
- garlic (cloves) 2 pcs.
- dill (twigs) 3 pcs., salt to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Dip the peeled squid in boiling salted water with bay leaves and black peppercorns. Cook after boiling for 1 minute. We drain the water, let the squid cool. We cut them into small squares.
Step 2
Put the boiled-frozen shrimp in boiling well-salted water with bay leaves, cover with a lid and let stand for 10-15 minutes. Drain the water, clean the shrimp.
