Pomelo salad with cashews and shrimps
Ingredients

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
We clean the pomelo so that only the pulp remains.
Step 2
Boil shrimp in salted water.
Step 3
Cut the red onion into feathers.
Step 4
Cut the onions into rings, breaded in vegetable oil and flour, deep-fried until golden brown (about 4 minutes).
Step 5
Cooking sour onion sauce. Finely chop the onions (30 gr.) And fry them until golden brown. In a separate bowl, combine sugar, soy sauce, black vinegar, mustard, sesame oil, lime and lemon juices, and fish sauce. Add vegetable oil in a thin stream and mix all the ingredients with a whisk until smooth. The sauce is ready!
Step 6
Cooking hot oil. To do this, boil all the necessary ingredients in oil: leek, ginger, garlic, chili pepper, Sichuan pepper, sesame and chili pepper (ground). Then we drain and get 5 ml. hot oil.
Step 7
Pour the pomelo, shrimp, onion and cilantro with the cooked Sour Onion sauce and spicy butter.
Step 8
Sprinkle the salad with crushed cashews and garnish with a branch of cilantro and chopped coconut.
