Salad with sea bass and artichokes
Ingredients
- 100 g wild sea bass fillet
- 40 g of fresh artichokes
- 2 grams of garlic
- 5 g olive oil
- 30 g mixed salad
- 5 g tajas olives
- 3 g capers in salt
- 20 g cherry tomatoes
- 5 g pickled ginger
- 5 g of radishes
- 10 g red onion
- 30 g Matsushita sauce
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
In olive oil, fry fresh artichokes, sea bass fillet with garlic, Tajas olives and capers.
Step 2
Then we simmer with the addition of cherry tomatoes and white wine.
Step 3
Put it on a plate, add the salad seasoned mix on top.
Step 4
Decorate with thinly sliced radishes and dried olives.
