Bean salad with quail eggs and lightly salted cucumber
Delicious salad! True true! Pickled cucumber and dill add a special piquancy to the salad.
Ingredients
- 1 cup beans (boiled)
- onion 0.5 pcs
- bell pepper 0.5 pcs
- quail eggs 3 pcs
- lightly salted cucumber 1 pc
- dill 5 sprigs
- mayonnaise 2 tbsp.
- apple cider vinegar 1 tsp
- pinch Kotanyi pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cook the beans until tender, after soaking them in water overnight. Hard-boiled eggs. Cut the onion into small cubes, drizzle with apple cider vinegar and let stand for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Dice the bell peppers, lightly salted cucumber and eggs. Finely chop the dill.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl and season with mayonnaise. Season with 4 Kotanyi peppers. If required, then salt.
